Approve or deny join requests
Handle people who ask to join because their email address matches your organization's domain.
2 min readUpdated
When someone signs up with an email domain already used by your organization, they can request to join instead of creating a new organization. Their requests appear on the "Invite members" page under "Join requests", with a count beside the heading. The section is hidden when there are no requests.
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Approve | You see "Request approved" and "An invitation was sent." The person receives an invitation email and joins the organization when they accept it. |
| Deny | You see "Request denied", and the request is removed from the list. |
