Accept an Invitation
Open the invitation email, set up your account or join using your existing account, and start working with your team.

When an admin invites you, SigningUS sends you an email with an invitation link. Opening the link takes you to a "Join" page for the organization. The next steps depend on whether you already have a SigningUS account.
If You Are New to SigningUS#
- Open the invitation link. Your email address will be filled in and cannot be changed.
- Enter your "Full name".
- Choose a password and confirm it. The same password rules used during sign-up apply.
- Select "Activate account". You will be signed in to the organization.
If You Already Have an Account#
Select "Accept & join". Your existing password will remain unchanged. The new organization will be added to your account, and you can switch between organizations using the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar.
If the Link Does Not Work#
The page will indicate that the invitation is invalid, has expired, or has already been used. Ask the admin who invited you to resend the invitation. Admins can resend or revoke invitations from the "Invitations" list.
