Subprocessors

Khulna Technologies LLC ("KTL") uses the service providers below to provide SigningUS. Each is bound by written data processing terms, and KTL remains responsible for their performance.

SigningUS does not use any identity-verification service or AI provider.
Changes. We will publish a new subprocessor on this page at least 30 days before it processes customer personal data. To be notified, email privacy@signingus.com with the subject "Subprocessor updates". Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
