Refund Policy

The Free plan costs nothing and does not expire. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

If SigningUS is not right for you, email support@signingus.com within 30 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. If you cancel more than 30 days after a payment, that payment is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

We will refund any amount charged in error, and prepaid fees for any unused period where we end a subscription for our own convenience or you cancel because you do not accept a material change to our Terms.
