Sign in and sign out
Signing in with your email and password, the errors you may see, and how to sign out.

Sign In#
- Go to app.signingus.com.
- Enter your email and password. Use the eye icon to show or hide your password.
- Select the sign-in button. You will be taken to your dashboard.
If Sign-In Fails#
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| Invalid username/password or region | Your email or password is incorrect. Check for typos or reset your password. |
| You don't have access, please contact the admin. | Your account exists, but an admin has deactivated it. Ask an admin of your organization to reactivate your account. |
| You're not in any organization | Your account is not a member of any organization, for example, after being removed from one. See below for more information. |
The "Not in Any Organization" Screen#
From this screen, you can select "Create organization" to start a new one, or select "Have an invitation?" to enter an invitation link you received and select "Open". Select "Sign out" to return to the sign-in page.
Sign Out#
Select your avatar in the top-right corner of the app, then select "Log Out".
